Pricing & Payments:
Venue Rental
Friday: $9,000
Saturday: $10,000
Sunday: $8,000
Payment Schedule
Upon booking: 50% of venue rental
3 months from date: $1,000 bar retainer
1 month from date: 2nd half of venue rental & venue insurance
2 weeks from date: Remaining Bar & rental balance
Mustard Seed works exclusively with seven catering partners and requires the use of our in-house bar services.
Clients are required to hire an approved event planner or day-of coordinator and a licensed DJ, band or live musician to run sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. All other vendors may be booked at the client’s discretion.

Contract and Deposit:
We’ll email you a contract to sign electronically. To reserve your date, a 50% venue deposit is required. We accept payments via check, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle, or credit card (with a 3% processing fee). Please arrange your preferred payment method with your venue coordinator.
