Pricing & Payments:

  • Venue Rental

    • Friday: $9,000

    • Saturday: $10,000

    • Sunday: $8,000

  • Payment Schedule

    • Upon booking: 50% of venue rental

    • 3 months from date: $1,000 bar retainer

    • 1 month from date: 2nd half of venue rental & venue insurance

    • 2 weeks from date: Remaining Bar & rental balance

VENUE BROCHURE

Mustard Seed works exclusively with seven catering partners and requires the use of our in-house bar services. 

Clients are required to hire an approved event planner or day-of coordinator and a licensed DJ, band or live musician to run sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. All other vendors may be booked at the client’s discretion.

  • Contract and Deposit: 

    • We’ll email you a contract to sign electronically. To reserve your date, a 50% venue deposit is required. We accept payments via check, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle, or credit card (with a 3% processing fee). Please arrange your preferred payment method with your venue coordinator.
