What is the maximum capacity?
We can accommodate 200 guests for an indoor or outdoor reception. Gable receptions can accommodate 150 guests. This typically includes room for fifteen to twenty guest tables, wedding party tables, a dessert display, food stations, bar service, gift table, and a dance floor.
Can I choose my own vendors?
Our venue partners exclusively with 7 vetted caterers and 5 DJs who know our property and team, ensuring excellent service on your wedding day. You may choose your own florist, photographer, videographer, bakery, officiant, and more. Check out our Preferred Vendor List here!
Can I bring in my own alcohol and bartenders?
We do not allow outside alcohol or bartenders. We have in-house bar packages with optional upgrades like signature cocktails, champagne, and our beloved wine wall. To learn more about our bar packages, please email our bar director at emma@mts-collective.com.
How long is my venue rental?
Our wedding package offers an exclusive 14-hour time frame for your special day. Please note that all music must conclude one hour before your scheduled departure time, which means music will end at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 10pm on Sundays.
Can I bring in my own linens & decor?
All linen rentals must be from the venue. You may bring your own decor or rent from our online catalog, featuring unique pieces for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. Wedding packages include a $250 catalog credit.
What is required to book a date?
To reserve your special day, simply sign our contract and put down a 50% deposit of the venue rental fee, and the date will be officially secured just for you! The remaining balance of the venue rental must be paid in full at least 30 days before your event.
Do you include a venue coordinator?
We do! Our staff is dedicated to top service. Your venue coordinator will lead two planning meetings, create invoices, a floor plan and timeline, and attend rehearsal. On your day, the venue lead ensures setup, vendor greeting, ceremony coordination, and venue needs are handled for a seamless, stress-free day.
What is your cleaning policy?
All personal and decorative items must be completely removed by the end of your rental period and cannot be left overnight. Our staff will take care of cleaning up tables, chairs, linens, and disposing of any trash.
