Set & tear
Our Set & Tear team helps prepare and reset our venue spaces for weddings and events. Responsibilities include setting tables and chairs, moving décor and furniture, and helping clean and refresh the venue before and after events.
EVENT LEAD
The Event Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by overseeing all aspects of venue management on event days. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, supervising event staff, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
BARTENDER
Our Bartending Team provides friendly, professional bar service during weddings and events. Responsibilities include serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and creating a welcoming guest experience throughout the event.
VENUE COORDINATOR
Our Venue Coordinators guide clients through every stage of the event experience — from initial tours and sales to planning meetings and day-of execution. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, managing event details and timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring weddings and events run smoothly from start to finish.
