Payment Dates
3 months from date: $1,000 bar retainer
1 month from date: 2nd half of venue rental + venue insurance
2 weeks from date: remaining bar + rental balance
01. Planning Checklist
We've put together a planning checklist to help make your planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The checklist covers all the essential tasks and milestones from a year out to the big day itself. Use it to stay organized, keep track of important details, and enjoy every step of your wedding journey.
Mustard Seed works exclusively with seven catering partners and requires the use of our in-house bar services.
Clients are required to hire an approved event planner or day-of coordinator and a licensed DJ, band or live musician to run sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. All other vendors may be booked at the client’s discretion.

We know how important it is to have a smooth and well-planned timeline for your big day. Our venue offers the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your vision, with plenty of time to enjoy every moment with your guests.
Timeline Notes:
Your timeline can be adjusted based on your start time. We recommend the ceremony to begin anywhere between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.
Receptions must end by 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 10 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
Your venue rental includes 12 or 14 hours of property access. Please check your contract! Most couples select 12 PM - 12 AM or 10 AM - 12 AM.
The final hour of your rental is dedicated to collecting personal items and ensuring your guests have transportation.
If you need additional venue hours, check in with your venue coordinator about early access options.

5:30 PM — Ceremony
6:00 PM — Cocktail Hour
7:00 PM — Reception
7:15 PM — Grand Entrance
7:30 PM — Dinner
8:20 PM — Cake Cut
8:25 PM — Toasts & Special Dances
8:45 PM — Open Dancing
10:30 PM — Bar Closes
10:45 PM — Last Song & Send Off!
11:00 PM — Reception Concludes

Feel free to bring any outside rental or personal items to make the space uniquely yours!
